Tips
Test it small
Shrink the PNG to 32 px. If you can still tell what it is, it works as a favicon.
Try it on dark
Make a second version with a dark background for dark mode and photos.

Use the tagline version on large placements only; it gets unreadable when small.

Search the name and check trademarks before printing anything.
